Charles L. Moody (Segeant Moody’s) alien abduction story

As we shared in the previous true abduction story of Betty and Barney Hill, we are here to share another true story/claim of an Air Force Sergeant Charles L. Moody. Let’s move to the more detailed information on the story.

Introduction

This amazing abductioncase took place on August 13, 1975 in the midnight when Air Force Sergeant Charles L. Moody was out of the car in the deserts of Alamogordo to see a meteor shower. Soon he observed that what he was seeing was a metallic, saucer-like object which was glowing as if there were “lights” around it. It was about 90 metres above in the sky and looked like huge 50 feet long craft to Sergeant Moody. Moody was just trying to recognize what it was when the strange craft suddenly started moving towards him which made Moody run away and escape from there.

Encounter with the Unidentified Object/Craft

Frightened Moody when anyhow reached his car, he was unable to start the engine after multiple efforts. He then observed that the UFO coming to him has stopped in the mid-air at some distance from him. He was only able to hear a strange sound of an engine which was not of his car. 

Next thing he saw was some human-like beings in the UFO. Moody felt a little dizziness as the strange sound stopped coming into his ears. After this, the unidentified craftmoved away and headed back towards the sky.

The Missing Time

Moody was a bit disturbed and was unable to understand what had just happened right there. But, had he also missed something else during this period? Soon he came to know, a time span of approximately 1.5 hours was missing from his memory. The clocks were showing the time as 3:00 AM of the midnight which was almost half an hour more than what it should have been.

Severe pain after UFO encounter

What was it? What was wrong with the time? Were they aliens? Sergeant had no answers to the many question rising up in his mind. Apart from that, he had started suffering from severe pain in his body and lower back. His condition went even worse within a few days. The amazed and suffering Moody decided to meet a physician telling him everything that he had gone through, from whom he was suggested to take self-hypnosis sessions to recall exactly what had happened that midnight.

Self hypnosis revealed alien interference

After a couple of days, Sergeant Moody was able to recall some of the blurred memories he had gone through on that midnight. He recalled, just after the strange sound had stopped that midnight, he had became partially drowsy. Later, two humanoid creatures in skin tight suits and about 6 feet tall were standing before him. Next thing he could memorize was he was lying on a table inside the craft.

He was completely paralyzed and unable to move a bit and another alien of about a 5 year old kid’s height was standing next to him. The appearance of the shorter one was quite similar to the description of aliens found in several other abduction cases, it goes like think lips, small ears, small nose and big round eyes.

The secret message and telepathic communication

As he says, the shorter alien in the ship was able to establish telepathic connection with Moody. Moody, being surrounded by strange looking creatures was afraid enough resist and escape from there. This was the time when the alien with less height talked to him telepathically, asking him to cooperate with them. The round-eyed creature freed Sergeant from the paralysis by touching with back with a rod-like device. Afterwards, the alien made Moody see their drive unit and also told that a larger-ship is waiting for them above the Earth and their next communication with the Earthians will be established after twenty or more years.

Aliens made him forget everything

The round-eyed leader of the aliens also told him that he will be made to forget all the incidents happened with him inside the UFO and will not be able to recall it for several weeks, after which he was again made unconscious.

Validation for Moody’s abduction claim

Unlike Moody’s non-matching answers about the distance between him and the UFO, Charles McQuiston, the inventor of the Psychological Stress Evaluator studied and examined Moody’s case and concluded the truthfulness of Sergeant Charles L. Moody about his abduction claim.

When Betty and Barney got abducted by Aliens

Back in 1961, on September 19, at around 10:30 pm, the married couple were returning home from vacation in Niagara Falls and Montreal, Canada when the unexplained happened. After reaching home, they realized that a time span of approximately 2 hours was missing from their lives. Both Betty and Barney Hill were unable to recall where these hours had gone or what they did during this time.

Betty and Barney Hill were an American interracial couple who lived in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

When the incident happened, the 'Hills' were unable to understand what had happened with them or perhaps the time. Being detailed in their reports, the Hills had have sighting of a bright point of light in the sky which Betty thought a falling star. Soon they realized that the supposedly 'star' was able to move upwards and change its direction of movements being bigger and brighter (Usually, things look like getting bigger in size as they come nearer to us). Using her binoculars, Betty even observed a craft-like body which was flashing different colors of lights. Betty, as informed by her sister about flying saucer sightings, thought it could be a UFO, while Barney thought it a commercial aircraft. Soon the two realized that the craft is heading towards their direction, and decided to get back to the car and continued driving.

The missing time and 35 miles in a blink of eyes

The unexplained was when they arrived home and realized that nearly 2 hours time was what they were unable to recall what had happened. The leather strap of binoculars was torn, his shoes too were strangely scrapped and the strange was they couldn't recall how it had happened. More strange was that they had crossed around 35 miles of distance in a couple of minutes, which was of course impossible and hard to believe. All they remembered was they were frightened by a strangely and erratically moving craft or UFO.

The story got its first validation as both of them had suffered the loss of time at the same time and they had not taken any drug or alcohol on that day.

Confirmation of UFO arrival

The two were tired and went to the bed and contacted Please Air Force Base the next morning, telling about the incident happened with them. The UFO or Unidentified craft was also observed by
the Air Force's radar, as confirmed by Major Paul W. Henderson.

Past Regression sessions and unlocking the lost memories

Taking the help of writers, the two managed a time chart of the happening on that unusual day. It was pretty sure that the two hours time was missing. The couple decided to meet Dr. Benjamin Simon, a well-known psychiatrist and neurologist based in Boston. By the suggestion Benjamin Simon, the two agreed for Regressive Hypnosis session. In simpler words, Regressive Hypnosis is a treatment to recall past events happened with a patient which he/she had forgotten.

For the first time, the curtains from the unsolved, unexplained incident were to be removed. The regression treatment was carried on for around six months and the Simon concluded that the two had been abducted by strange looking creatures and were even taken to an Unknown craft.

The controversial treatment, had unlocked new doors of mystery for Betty and Barney. As recalled during the regression sessions, the UFO had landed on the road and the humanoid creatures came out and took the Hill couple to their craft (the UFO!), where a number of scientific tests were done on Betty and Barney. The aliens had even hypnotized the two to not to disclose the incident with anyone.

Description of the Aliens (The Kidnappers?)

The Hills described the Alien Abductors as grey alien beings with large opened eyes and small mouths. All these were around 5 foot tall with large pear-shaped heads with no hairs on skin at all. Needed not to mention, this is the ideal description of the grey aliens who have been visiting to the Earth since a long ago and similar claims for greys have been recorded from several people around the globe.

The "Grey aliens" performed a variety of physical and mental experiments on Betty and Barney Hill during which the samples of their hairs, skin and nails etc were taken. Betty was undergone gynecological testing while Barney disclosed that his sperm samples were taken by the greys.

The Hills abduction story is unique and controversial as this was one of the many alien abduction stories of 1960s that were largely spread by the press and media.
